These are general features included in version 3 of the Loppylugs site

New web domain
The site now resides on its own domain: loppylugs.org
Complete rebuild
The site has been completely rebuilt from the ground up, using a Drupal 7 CMS framework. This means an all round more sophisticated site.
Mobile optimisation
The layout has been re-structured with a responsive design, meaning it will display properly on the smaller screens of tablet and mobile devices, as well as on standard desktop and laptop devices, across platforms and browsers.
User customisation
Content on the site has been targeted to be relevant to the current logged in user. User-oriented listings of favourite nominations, most popular selections and links to create and edit one’s own content are displayed throughout.
Review facility extended
Anyone who has ever been at a Loppylugs meeting can now review any album. Log in and visit the Review page or use the ‘Add’ links throughout the site. A formatting toolbar is included to allow for styling of reviews and adding of links, just like a basic text editor.
Email notification
An optional automatic message can be generated whenever a new review of an album you have nominated is created. Notification can also be given on any edit to a review of one of your nominations. These two notification types can be subscribed to or unsubscribed from at any point, via settings on your account page.

These new features included in version 3 are tieing in 3rd party technologies to your Loppylugs experience.

Twitter integration
A Twitter based feed of #loppylugs hashtagged tweeted is now included. This allows subscribed posters to update the site with any related music reviews or information.
Spotify enhancements
The Spotify integration on the site has been greatly enhanced. All album tracklistings and recommended tracks now include direct links to play tracks straight from this site in the new web player version of Spotify, as available. You will need to be subscribed to Spotify to use their service but there is a free version.
Grooveshark & rdio alternatives
For visitors who don't use Spotify there are also links to Grooveshark album playlists or rdio album pages to play the reviewed music in your browser.
Online references
As well as music playing services, there are also extensive links to many major music web sites, for further information and reviews on each album. Where available, there are links to album entries on the MusicBrainz, Discogs, Wikipedia, AllMusic, MetaCritic and BBC Music sites.
Doodle scheduling
Links to shared scheduling site Doodle has been retained, these display for just the appropriate reviewers and help coordinate our upcoming meetings.

Page specific features in this version

Charts page
The LoppyStats feature has been improved with a charts page allowing search and filtering based on many criteria. There are also some user steered predefined choices available, including all time favourite and least favourite albums and a listing of the most popular nominations you have made.
Albums page
This is based on what was the standard loppylugs page and can be filtered in a similar way to the charts page.
Meetings page
Details can now also be searched and displayed per meeting.
Review page
A page to manage one's album reviews. This is personalised to list any outstanding reviews, all previously made reviews remain editable and can be found here. ‘Edit’ and ‘Add’ review links are also available throughout the site.
